This is OBVIOUSLY a scam. Look at the Yandex.com email address, (considering Microsoft corp. doesn't participate in lotteries, and would NEVER use a Yandex free email account to contact someone. That, and their World headquarters is in Redmond, Washington.) Come on, Windows XP logo?  Microsoft hasn't used that in YEARS!!! These guys at least get an "A" for effort, but back to the drawing board there, scammers....
